Please welcome Aser, the name that inspired a philosophy of presence, influence, and powerful communication.

My son’s name is Aser, a name that means captivating, influential, unforgettable in presence. Watching him, I realized something powerful: true presence is natural. It doesn’t beg for attention. It attracts it.

That is what public speaking should feel like. Not forced confidence. Not memorized scripts. But a presence so clear and grounded that people choose to listen.

ASER exists to help you reach that level — to own the stage, move people, and speak in a way they remember long after you leave.

I’m Omar Alhijazi, a Public Speaking Consultant, three-time TEDx speaker, and international pitch coach. For over 20 years, I’ve worked with leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals across the region, helping them communicate with clarity, confidence, and authentic presence.

I believe powerful communication starts with discovering your voice before mastering speaking techniques. My work focuses on helping you transform ideas into compelling stories, build a strong stage presence, and deliver messages that truly resonate with your audience.
